Pluckers Wing Bar is opening its fifth Houston-area location Jan. 27 at 12469 Hwy. 59, Stafford at The Grid mixed-use development, according to a press release. The restaurant specializes in traditional and boneless wings, which can be flavored with more than 20 homemade sauces and dry rubs. Pluckers also serves burgers, sandwiches, salads, appetizers and desserts. The Austin-based company is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. www.pluckers.com
