According to Apartment Data Services, there are 51 operating apartments in the Sugar Land/Stafford/Sienna area. However, 11 of these are in Sugar Land, and three are within Sugar Land’s extraterritorial jurisdiction, said Lisa Kocich-Meyer, Sugar Land’s director of planning. One additional development is also planned for Imperial Market.
In the last 12 months, 483 apartment units were added in Sugar Land with the development of Provision at Four Corners and Stella at Riverstone. No new units have been added since November 2017. However, a 152-unit senior living development and a 144-unit development are proposed, according to ADS.
