Sugar Land residents have until Nov. 15 to weigh in on the city’s strategic plan for the next two years.

What residents need to know

In collaboration with Future iQ, Inc., Sugar Land officials are seeking public input for the decision-making operations and resource allocation from 2025-27, according to a Sept. 26 city blog. The online survey opened in late September and allows residents to share opinions on the city’s future direction, community focus, infrastructure and community amenities.

What else?

The city will also host a community update session on Oct. 17 at 5:30 p.m. at the Sugar Land City Hall, located at 2700 Town Center Blvd. N., Sugar Land, according to the Sugar Land strategic plan project portal.

Community members are encouraged to register for the event.

Next steps

The strategic plan is set to be finalized and approved by City Council in mid-December, Communications Director Doug Adolph previously said in an email.
