Officials with the city of Sugar Land announced a warrant roundup to take place March 14-31 in a March 3 press release. According to the release, Sugar Land police officers will be assessing outstanding warrants for traffic violations and Class C misdemeanors issued from the Sugar Land Municipal Court. According to the release, anyone may appear in court to resolve an outstanding warrant without the fear of being arrested if they are acting in good faith. They request that anyone with an outstanding warrant call, email or visit the court web page to resolve the matter prior to the warrant sweep.


Located at 1200 Hwy. 6 S., the court is open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Additional court information may be obtained by contacting the court directly at 281-275-2560.
