In the unofficial voting results of the Democratic primary election for Fort Bend County commissioner Precinct 2, incumbent Grady Prestage has the lead with 50.31% of the vote, according to data provided by Fort Bend County. 76 out of 76 of the county's voting centers have reported their results
In the unofficial voting results, Prestage has received 7,233 votes. Geneane Hughes has received 24.24% of the votes, or 3,485 votes, while Larry Blackmon has received 25.45% votes, or 3,658 votes.
The Precinct 2 commissioner will oversee the southeast portion of Fort Bend County. Unofficial voting results for the Republican seat favor candidate Melissa Wilson with 57.39% of the vote.

In the early voting results, Prestage has received 6,324 votes. Geneane Hughes has received 23.83% of the votes, or 2,966 votes, while Larry Blackmon has received 25.35% votes, or 3,154 votes.

As of 7:15 p.m., Fort Bend County is reporting early and absentee vote totals.
In the early voting results, Prestage has received 5,018 votes. Geneane Hughes has received 22.46% of the votes, or 2,077 votes, while Larry Blackmon has received 23.6% votes, or 2,151 votes.
