Why are you running for office?
I am running to restore trust through accountability and integrity. My proven track record as a geophysicist and grassroots leader demonstrates I can deliver results. I will use my private-sector discipline and legislative experience to repair our broken system and ensure government faithfully serves the people of Texas.
What are your qualifications for why you’d be a strong candidate in this role?
As a geophysicist with a proven track record, I bring scientific integrity and data-driven results to government. My experience evaluating policy for two legislative sessions, founding a local government watchdog group and managing successful conservative campaigns proves I have the strategic leadership and conservative backbone to deliver accountability for Texas.
If elected, what will be your top priorities?
My top priorities are restoring accountability through term limits and ensuring transparency via regular order in the appropriations process. I will also work to codify key executive orders to protect our national progress and ensure lasting policy stability that cannot be undone by a subsequent administration’s pen.
What are the biggest challenges facing this district, and how do you plan to address these issues?
TX-22’s biggest challenge is a lack of responsive leadership and government accountability. I will replace silence with accessibility, ensuring our district has an active voice. Leveraging my energy expertise, I’ll also prioritize securing our border, lowering costs, and protecting our infrastructure to meet the needs of our growing community.
With district boundaries and representation changing, how will you ensure your constituents have the resources they need?
I will bridge the representation gap through proactive accessibility, opening direct lines of communication across our new boundaries. By applying my private-sector discipline to the appropriations process, I’ll ensure TX-22 receives its fair share of infrastructure and energy resources while providing the transparent, accountable leadership our community deserves.
What do you see as the greatest challenge for Texas in the next five years?
The greatest challenge facing Texas in the next five years is securing our energy grid and infrastructure to match our historic population growth. As a geophysicist, I will prioritize reliable, dispatchable power and water security, ensuring Texas remains the nation’s economic powerhouse through data-driven, conservative planning.

Why are you running for office?
I’m running for office because Texas’s 22nd Congressional District needs a strong representative who listens to their concerns and will advocate on their behalf in Congress. TX-22 needs a representative who will stand by President Trump and fight against the radical left to protect our freedoms and way of life.
What are your qualifications for why you’d be a strong candidate in this role?
I served more than 30 years in law enforcement with the Sugar Land Police Department and was twice elected constable for Fort Bend County Precinct 4. I served 33 years in the U.S. Army Reserve and retired as a colonel. I also hold two master’s degrees.
If elected, what will be your top priorities?
If elected, my top priorities in Congress will be lowering the prices of everyday goods and necessities, securing our border and finishing the wall, defending parental rights and opposing radical ideological agendas being pushed on our kids, unleashing American energy and supporting our nation’s law enforcement officers.
What are the biggest challenges facing this district, and how do you plan to address these issues?
The biggest challenges facing TX-22 are affordability and the need for infrastructure improvement. I will tackle inflation to lower the cost of groceries, housing and everyday necessities. I support lower taxes and a pro-growth agenda that strengthens our economy and studying real solutions to improve mobility and promote flood-mitigation systems.
With district boundaries and representation changing, how will you ensure your constituents have the resources they need?
As the next representative for Texas’ 22nd Congressional District, I will travel district wide and engage with the people I represent. I will have a weekly newsletter keeping constituents informed on the work I’m doing in Congress and keep people up to date through social media channels.
What do you see as the greatest challenge for Texas in the next five years?
As more people are fleeing blue states, Texas is seeing massive population growth, and the need for effective and reliable power generation and delivery continues to grow. Real solutions to manage population growth are needed to ensure that Texas is strong and can accommodate those seeking to live here.
