Early voting in the Missouri City District A City Council runoff election began Nov. 29, and runs through Dec. 7. Election day is on Dec. 11.

During the runoff, voters who live in District A will elect either Reginald Pearson or Monica Riley as their next district council member.

Voters registered in Fort Bend County can vote early at 1522 Texas Parkway, Missouri City, in the City Hall lobby according to the following schedule:
  • Nov. 29-Dec. 4: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Dec. 5: noon-5 p.m.
  • Dec. 6-7: 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
The City Hall lobby is also open for voting on Election Day from 7 a.m.-7 p.m.

While there is not a Harris County early voting location in Missouri City, the Raindrop Turkish House at 9301 W. Bellfort Ave., Houston, is open for early voting from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. daily, except hours on Dec. 5 from noon-7 p.m.

On election day, Harris County voters can cast their ballots at the Fondren Park Community Center at 11800 McLain Blvd., Missouri City.


A runoff election for the District A seat was necessary because no single candidate received more than 50% of the vote during the Nov. 2 election. View other Missouri City City Council election results from November here.
