Crepelicious, a new concept, will open this year in the Commons at Lake Olympia.

The business will bring a new dessert experience to Missouri City, owner Sahir Razi said in an email. While the menu is still in development, Crepelicious will serve:
  • Crepes
  • Gelato
  • Waffles on a stick
  • Juices and smoothies made with fresh ingredients
  • Dubai-inspired chocolate desserts, such as pistachio kunafa-infused treats
  • Handcrafted refreshers

Razi, who has a passion for high-quality desserts, said he wants to create indulgent and refined treats for the community to enjoy.

“Our focus is on high-quality ingredients, authentic flavors and an artistic presentation that makes every bite memorable,” Razi said. “Plus, as a Muslim-owned business, we ensure that all our products align with halal-friendly practices.”

Other businesses planned for the Commons at Lake Olympia, in incoming shopping center, include PJ's Coffee, liquor store Hot Spot, Nathan's Barbershop, Lake Olympia Dental, Mo City Eatz and Renzo Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, according to a brochure from Hunington Properties.
