Austin-based burger brand Hopdoddy Burger Bar will open two new locations in early 2025 in the south Houston area.

The eateries are headed to the Aliana community in Richmond and mixed-use development The Grid in Stafford, according to a news release from the company.

On the menu

Founded in 2010, the restaurant is known for its sustainable, ethically-sourced items and fresh ingredients, according to the release. It offers a range of handcrafted, specialty burgers—all of which can be made into a salad bowl.

In addition to burgers, the menu will also include appetizers such as parmesan truffle fries and hot honey and sage brussel sprouts as well as craft beers, wine, cocktails, and boozy and regular milkshakes, per the release.

What else

The eateries will join Hopdoddy’s other eight locations in the Houston area.

“We’re thrilled to be opening Hopdoddy locations in the communities of Aliana and Stafford in early 2025,” Hopdoddy Burger Bar CEO Jeff Chandler said in the release. “For years, we've had guests requesting that we bring our burgers to this part of Houston, so we're excited to start with these two locations.”
