On the menu
The Chinese restaurant will offer steamed and pan-fried dumplings with various fillings, such as pork and cabbage; chicken and corn; shrimp and pork; and vegetable, according to the online menu. Steam Dumpling’s menu also features various noodle soups and chow mein as well as some house specials, including a Chinese burger, glass noodles and a scallion pancake.
What else
The eatery opened its first location in Katy in mid-May, Community Impact reported. The Stafford eatery is still under construction but will open in 2025, said Jeff Borkovich, commercial real estate agent with Champions Commercial Group, who represents Steam Dumpling's owner in leasing the property.
