Family-owned Poke Poki will serve Hawaiian bowls from its new Missouri City store.

Poke Poki will allow customers to build their own rice- or salad-based poke bowl, which can be customized with fresh vegetables, toppings and proteins such as fish, chicken, beef and tofu, manager Diana Song said in an email. The eatery’s menu also includes various tapioca milk teas and smoothies.

The Kahn family behind Poke Poki owns other poke restaurants in the Houston area, including Ahi Poke’s in Pasadena and Cy-Fair, Hawa Poke near Jersey Village, Tomball’s Poke Hut and Bay Poke in Baytown, officials said.
