Colorado-based restaurant chain Snooze an A.M. Eatery will open its new Stafford location on Valentine’s Day in The Grid development.

In a nutshell

The brunch restaurant’s menu features breakfast and lunch items with a twist, such as its habanero pork belly breakfast fried rice or cinnamon roll pancake, Assistant General Manager Bria Welch said. The location also has a full-service bar offering mimosas and bloody marys as well an espresso bar for coffee items.

“We’re trying to bring a whole world of cuisine into breakfast,” she said.

Snooze staff are also focused on sustainability and serving the community, Welch said. The business recycles, composts food waste and donates a portion of sales back to local and national partners.

Welch said the restaurant's Stafford-area partners are Sole Loved, a nonprofit whose mission is to give shoes to local children in need in the local school districts; and Candlelighters, a group that provides support to children with cancer and their families.
