Co-hosted by Missouri City Green and the Missouri City Parks and Recreation Department, the event offers free, secure on-site paper and CD shredding by vendor ProShred. Items are also recycled. There is a limit of five boxes per household, and businesses are not eligible to participate. 9 a.m.-noon. Free (Donations to fund future recycling events are welcome). 13th annual Spring Corvette Car Show
The Corvette Owners Club of Houston presents the event, which features more than 100 Corvettes. Attendees vote for the winner of the People’s Choice Award.
