Construction on a new Sugar Land collaborative coworking space is now officially underway.

A 22,000-square-foot, three-floor development at 6920 Brisbane Court, Sugar Land, held its official groundbreaking ceremony Feb. 25. According to the owners, real estate organization The Seth Brothers Team, the estimated completion date for the project is the fourth quarter of 2022.

Designed with a focus on the real estate industry—with planned tenants including lenders, title companies, builders and developers—the development will feature a first floor set up as an amenity space to host events, training and more, while the second and third floors will hold about 8,200 square feet of leasable space, according to an announcement from The Seth Brothers Team.

The groundbreaking ceremony, held 3-5 p.m. Feb. 25, comes after the development officially broke ground in January, said Kunal Seth, a member of The Seth Brothers Team. It also comes after the project was put on hold for two months. 855-738-4276. www.thesethbrothers.com
