The business now operates from a larger space at 16062 Southwest Freeway, Evans said. The medical spa offers clients services such as:
  • Weight loss resources, including compounded semaglutide medication
  • Body contouring
  • Wellness and hormone balancing for women and men
Additionally, the business offers skin treatments, injections, laser hair removal and various women’s services, such as gynecological exams, according to the website.

Digging deeper

At the new facility, Evans said her staff now also offers a non-invasive brain stimulation treatment called Exomind, which claims to improve patients’ mental and emotional well-being by using magnetic pulses to stimulate specific brain regions.


The device is cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of depression, according to the manufacturer's website.
