ImageFIRST acquires Imperial Linen Services, moves into Stafford facility

ImageFIRST, a national health care linen provider, acquired Stafford company Imperial Linen Services in June.

With the merger, ImageFIRST relocated from 2326 Campbell Road, Houston, to Imperial Linen Services’ larger facility in Stafford, Houston General Manager Dario Becerra said in an email.

The overview

The company provides linen rental, laundry and facility services for the health care industry, according to a news release from the company. Items can range from patient garments to staff uniforms and supplies.

What else

A dedication ceremony at the Stafford facility was held for ImageFIRST on Sept. 17. The relocation allowed ImageFIRST to expand its services in the Texas market and strengthen its regional presence, Becerra said.

The location is the 37th ImageFIRST processing plant in the U.S., according to the release.
