Sienna School of Music will open in July, offering music lessons to children age 4 and older as well as adults.

The family-owned business will teach students to play a range of instruments, including piano, guitar, drums, violin, cello, ukulele and flute, co-owner Nick Evangelista said in an email. Vocal lessons are also available.

The backstory

Evangelista, who plays the piano, and his wife, Kristen, opened Pearland School of Music in 2017; now the business' instructors teach more than 600 students weekly from the location, Evangelista said.

“Since we live here in Missouri City, we're very excited to open this second location on [Hwy.] 6 to help spread a love for music in the surrounding communities,” he said.
