Fellowship Coffee Co. began as a traveling coffee cart and is now a brick-and-mortar shop in the Township Square Shopping Plaza.

Husband-and-wife duo Ryan Borinaga and Janice Chiu launched the concept in October 2021, offering beverages at events across the Houston area.

What’s on the menu

The Missouri City coffee shop offers handcrafted coffee beverages and fresh-roasted coffee. It also partners with local small businesses to bring customers specialty food and drinks, Borinaga said in an email.

At the shop, customers can find:
  • Staple flavors from woman-owned Care Crafted Syrups, including bourbon vanilla bean, rosemary lavender and honey lavender
  • Pastries delivered daily from downtown Houston bake shop Cake and Bacon

Quote of note

“We've only been open for a month, and I have had the pleasure of meeting so many interesting and good people around the Missouri City area,” Borinaga said in an email. “Looking forward to meeting many more.”
