The Texas-based coffee shop offers various espresso and cold brew-based drinks, lemonades and some bakery items and breakfast sandwiches. Some signature beverages include the Cinnamon Roll Latte and Beans Up Special—an espresso drink with Turkish influences, featuring salep powder with orchid roots, vanilla and cinnamon notes, co-founder Onur Kose said in an email.
The backstory
Kose with his wife, Begum, launched their brand in Victoria as Kahve Coffee in 2017. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020, they embraced being a drive-thru and pick up-only business, Kose said.
Kose said opening the business is a “dream” for the duo; they moved from Istanbul, and Kose has a background as a mechanical engineer while Begum is a nutritionist.

Beans Up Coffee has three locations, with a fourth set to open this year in Spring, Kose said.
