Cutten Road extension
  • Project: This project will extend Cutten Road by constructing a four-lane boulevard with bridge culverts from south of Bavaria Drive to Cossey Road.

Old Town Spring asphalt reconstruction
  • Project: Roadways will be reconstructed throughout Old Town Spring to improve traffic flow and safety. Roadways impacted include Caroline, Magnolia, Oak, Border, Prairie, Keith, Noble, Gentry and Midway streets; Spring Cypress, Spring School and West Hardy roads; and Preston Avenue.

Hirschfield Road, Whittaker Way sidewalk
  • Project: This sidewalk and trail project is a partnership between Harris County Precinct 3, the Timberlane Utility District and Breckenridge to improve connectivity and pedestrian safety along a portion of Hirschfield Road and Whittaker Way.
  • Update: This project is under construction.
  • Timeline: estimated completion by the third quarter of 2024

TC Jester Boulevard sidewalk
  • Project: Flashing lights and sidewalks were installed along TC Jester Boulevard between Winding Ridge Drive and Bur Oak Drive.
