1. Lynnwood Estates subdivision drainage improvements

Project:
This project will improve drainage and road quality throughout the Lynnwood Estates subdivision to improve safety and reduce the risk of flooding.


Update: This project is under construction.

Timeline: Estimated completion by the first quarter of 2024

Cost: $2.8 million

2. Sandpiper Village subdivision drainage improvements

Project: This project will improve drainage and replace pavement throughout the Sandpiper Village subdivision to increase drainage capacity and reduce the risk of flooding.

Update: This project is under construction.

Timeline: Estimated completion by the first quarter of 2024

Upcoming projects

3. Treaschwig Road, Segment A2


Project:
This project will widen Treaschwig Road from a two-lane asphalt roadway to a four-lane concrete boulevard with storm sewer and sidewalk, including a new bridge, from west of Cypress Creek to east of Birnam Wood Boulevard. The project aims to improve safety, increase capacity for vehicular travel, add safety and capacity for pedestrian mobility, and increase efficiency for drainage.

Update: This project is in the design phase.

Timeline: Estimated completion by the second quarter of 2026

4. Gosling Road, Hampton Point Boulevard traffic signal

Project: A new mast-arm traffic signal will be installed at the intersection of Gosling Road and Hampton Point Boulevard to improve driver safety.

Update: This project is in the design phase.

Timeline: Estimated completion by the fourth quarter of 2024
