Harris County Precinct 3 is studying a project that would expand West Riley Fuzzel Road from a two-lane roadway to a four-lane concrete boulevard between I-45 to 200 feet west of West Hardy Road. According to Precinct 3 officials, construction is slated to begin in the first quarter of 2024 and wrap up by the first quarter of 2025.
