Harris County Precinct 4 is designing a project to install a dedicated westbound right-turn lane on Spring Cypress Road at the intersection of Ella Boulevard. According to Victoria Bryant, assistant director for Harris County Precinct 4’s Infrastructure Division, the precinct’s goal is to begin construction in the first quarter of 2022, and construction is estimated to take three to six months to complete.
