Harris County Precinct 4 is designing a project to upgrade Hufsmith-Kohrville Road between Ezekiel Road and Holderrieth Road as a four-lane concrete paved section with improved drainage accommodations and a new traffic signal at the intersection of Woodlands Shore Drive. According to Victoria Bryant, assistant director for Harris County Precinct 4’s Infrastructure Division, the precinct’s goal is to advertise the project for bids in the third quarter of 2023.
