Harris County Precinct 4 is designing a project to upgrade Hufsmith-Kohrville Road between Hollow Glen Lane and north of Ezekiel Road to a four-lane concrete boulevard with improved drainage and traffic signalization. Precinct 4 plans to advertise for project bids in the fourth quarter of 2022, and construction is expected to take 16 months to complete.
