Harris County Precinct 4 began construction in May on a project that will upgrade Hufsmith Road between Burroughs Park Road and Lakes at Creekside Drive by adding a second access road to Burroughs Park and incorporate intersection improvements and traffic signal modifications as needed. Victoria Bryant, assistant director for Harris County Precinct 4’s Capital Improvement Projects Division, said the project is expected to take about eight months to complete.
