In the second quarter of 2020—which ends in June—Pamela Rocchi, the director of Harris County Precinct 4’s Capital Improvement Projects Division, said Precinct 4 plans to advertise for construction bids on a project to upgrade the two-lane asphalt section on Gosling Road between West Rayford Road and Creekside Forest Drive to a four-lane concrete boulevard with improved drainage and traffic signal installation and modification.
