At the same time, median home prices increased in four ZIP codes, with the largest year-over-year increase seen in 77388. Nearly 61% of homes sold were in the $200,000-$399,999 price range.
On average, homes spent more time on the market this January compared to January 2024. Homes sold the fastest in 77068 in an average of 23 days compared to 72 days in 77069.
