The first units for Saxon Pond Flats—an apartment complex in Spring—and its clubhouse will be opening soon, according to an Oct. 3 email from a spokesperson for the developer, Ascension Commercial Real Estate. Construction began in June 2023 and is expected to be completely finished in the spring of 2025.

Saxon Pond Flats will include 360 units and amenities such as an outdoor pavilion area, a pond and surrounding walking trails, and a fitness area, according to the complex’s website. The first units were originally estimated to open over the summer.
