Fewer homes were sold in August 2024 than August 2023 across all six of the ZIP codes that make up Community Impact's Spring and Klein coverage area.
Data shows the median home sales price increased across a majority of ZIP codes, while 77068 and 77069 experienced decreases.
On average, homes stayed on the market longer in August 2024 than in August 2023.
The majority of homes sold in August were in the $200,000-$399,999 price range.
