Data also shows the median home sales price increased across half of the Spring-area ZIP codes, and decreased across the other half.
On average, homes are also selling faster in most Spring-area ZIP codes, except for 77379 and 77388 where home are staying on the market for longer.
The majority of Spring-area homes sold in April were in the $200,000-$399,999 price range.
