After leasing began in October, a grand opening celebration will be held for
The Everstead at Windrose townhome community, according to an April 22 email from management. Two to three more months of construction are still needed to complete the single-family community, which is gated and features one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes for rent.
According to the community’s website, The Everstead at Windrose features 194 homes and amenities such as:
- A fitness center
- A dog park
- A pool
- A resident clubhouse
- A children’s playground
The Everstead at Windrose’s grand opening will allow attendees to tour the new homes and enjoy music, games, a bounce house and local food vendors, according to a
social media post for the event. Construction on the community
