The Territory at 2920 apartment complex is now open, and construction has been completed, according to an April 15 email from a spokesperson for developer Dhanani Private Equity Group. Leasing for the apartments began in November, and the units—including one, two and three bedrooms—rent for between $1,385-$2,400 per month, according to the complex’s website.

According to the complex’s website, Territory at 2920 features amenities such as:

  • A swimming pool
  • Pickleball and bocce ball courts
  • A dog park
  • A pet washing station
  • A fitness center
  • A car wash station
The apartments were previously called Territory at Falvel.
