Fewer homes sold in February 2024 than did in February 2023 across half of the six ZIP codes that make up Community Impact's Spring and Klein coverage area, while more homes sold across the other three ZIP codes.
Data also shows the median home sales price increased across most ZIP codes, with the exception of 77068, which experienced a decrease.
Homes are also selling faster in most Spring-area ZIP codes, except for 77069 and 77388 where homes are staying on the market longer.
The majority of Spring-area homes sold in February were in the $200,000-$399,999 price range.
