Across the six ZIP codes that make up Community Impact's Spring and Klein coverage area, fewer homes sold in January 2024 than did in January 2023.Data also shows the median home sales price increased across most ZIP codes, with the exception of 77070 and 77389, which experienced decreases.Homes are also staying on the market longer in most Spring-area ZIP codes, except for 77379 and 77388 where homes are selling faster.The majority of Spring-area homes sold in January were in the $200,000-$399,999 price range.
