Across most Spring-area ZIP codes, fewer homes were sold in August than in August 2022 with the exception of ZIP code 77388, which saw a slight uptick. The median home sales price increased across most ZIP codes with the exception of 77068, 77090 and 77373, which saw declines. Meanwhile, homes stayed on the market longer in August than they did in August 2022 except for ZIP codes 77069 and 77090, where homes were sold faster.
