After serving as president and CEO of the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce for the past 14 years, Barbara Thomason announced in November she is moving on to other opportunities May 31, and the chamber is seeking new candidates for the position.

The chamber opened applications for new president and CEO March 6 and applications will be accepted through March 21. Candidates must submit a letter of interest and resume electronically to Crystal Molen at crystal@molentax.com.

A community meeting will be held March 21 from 7-8 p.m. at Northwest Assistance Ministries’ Harrel Family Opportunity Center, located at 15702 Bammel Village Drive, Houston. All are invited to attend and provide information on what they seek in the next president and CEO of HNWCC.

To submit feedback online, take the public survey, which closes March 21, here.
