Officials with the Spring Historical Museum announced the museum's newest exhibit, which features a mini replica display of Old Town Spring as it was in 1900, via a Nov. 14 news release.

According to the release, the display features Old Town Spring's original buildings laid out as they were in 1900. Additional features include a replica steam engine train, depot and lumber yard.

The new exhibit was constructed by museum board member James Sharp, with the assistance of museum President Sue Mallott, per the release.

"This is a welcomed addition to our museum and attracts young and old," Mallott said in a statement.
