After months of renovations, the Cypresswood Drive office of Harris County Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4, Place 1, will open Monday, and events are planned this week at a local library. Here is what residents of Spring and Klein need to know during the week of July 9.

2. July issue of Community Impact Newspaper arrives in Spring and Klein this week
The July issue of Community Impact Newspaper will reach homes this week. This month is our annual Real Estate Edition, with stories and infographics focused on information about the local real estate market.





3. Learn about Harris County bond referendum plans, July 10
The next community engagement meeting for the $2.5 billion Harris County bond referendum on Aug. 25 is scheduled for 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Kingwood Park High School, 4015 Woodland Hills Drive, Kingwood. This meeting focuses on the San Jacinto River watershed, which is east of the Spring and Klein area but is connected to the Cypress Creek and Spring Creek watersheds. www.hcfcd.org
