The Hurricane Harvey Registry—a joint venture of Rice University, the Environmental Defense Fund and health departments in the Harvey-affected region—is asking Houstonians affected by the May 7-11 flooding to take part in its survey.

The registry originally requested feedback from residents affected by Harvey and how the August 2017 storm impacted their health and housing, but survey takers can now include their experiences related to this more recent storm.

Registrants who already took the survey can log back into their account and access a supplemental survey related to the May storm.
