Three emergency services districts in Spring and Klein are planning May 5 elections for board positions. Here are the names of candidates and where to vote.

ESD No. 7


Harris County ESD 7, which contracts with Spring Fire Department, will hold an election for two four-year board of commissioner seats this year.

Three candidates are on the ballot: Christopher David, Gayle Fuller (incumbent) and Keith Willingham (incumbent).

Early voting takes place at the Spring Fire Department Administration building located at 656 E. Louetta Road, Spring. Election day voting on May 5 takes place at the Spring Fire Department Station 71, 656 E. Louetta Road, Spring, and at Spring Fire Department Station 72, 23000 Northcrest Drive, Spring.

Early voting takes place April 23-27 and April 30-May 1 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Election day voting takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on May 5.

ESD No. 11


Harris County ESD 11, which contracts with Cypress Creek Emergency Medical Services, will hold an election for two four-year seats on the board of commissioners.

The four candidates on the ballot are: Kevin Brost, Josh Fetner (incumbent), Matt Folsom
and Fred Grundmeyer (incumbent).

Early voting is held 11 a.m.-7 p.m. April 23-27; 9 a.m.-noon on Saturday, April 28; and 11 a.m.-7 p.m. April 30-May 1, according to information on the ESD 11 website. Voters can vote at any of the early voting locations through May 1.

Voters must vote at the location assigned to the precinct for their residence on election day. Information about which precinct voters should report to can be viewed at the ESD 11 website.

Election day voting is held at the early-voting locations as well as at the following locations:

ESD No. 16


Harris County ESD 16 contracts with Klein Volunteer Fire Department. Two four-year seats are available on the board of commissioners this year.

Candidates on the ballot are: Zeke Enriquez, Rich Jones (incumbent), Herbert Lee Marker (incumbent) and Lance Wilson.

All voting takes place at the Klein Fire Department Administrative Building, 16810 Squyres Road, Spring. Early voting is held 9 a.m.-5 p.m. April 23-27 and April 30-May 1, as well as 9 a.m.-noon, April 28.
