The Classy Cork plans to open in October at 22916 Kuykendahl Road, Ste. 100, Spring. The neighborhood wine bar and shop will offer 60 varieties of quality boutique wine as well as several varieties of beer, including local favorites. To pair with their libations, the business will also offer a menu of cheese and meat boards, flatbread pizzas and sandwiches. The Classy Cork will be open Wednesday through Sunday with happy hour specials from 4-6 p.m. on weekdays. The wine room will also host live music on the weekends and host a monthly membership club.
