According to the release, Caliber Solutions, a technology advisory and professional services firm, will occupy 4,475 square feet on the fourth floor of CityPlace 1, while Continental Land & Fur Co., an independent oil and gas producer, will occupy 5,273 square feet on the third floor.

CityPlace 1, a 149,500-square-foot multitenant office building, is located at 1700 City Plaza Drive, Spring, and has 90,000 square feet of office space and 12,000 square feet of ground floor retail space available for lease. Joining Caliber Solutions and Continental Land & Fur Co. this summer will be Bread Zeppelin and Sushi Rebel, which are currently under construction.
