Caliber Solutions, Continental Land & Fur Co. coming to CityPlace 1 in Spring

Caliber Solutions and Continental Land & Fur Co. are slated to be the newest tenants of CityPlace 1, according to an April 27 news release from Patrinely Group LLC.

According to the release, Caliber Solutions, a technology advisory and professional services firm, will occupy 4,475 square feet on the fourth floor of CityPlace 1, while Continental Land & Fur Co., an independent oil and gas producer, will occupy 5,273 square feet on the third floor.

"Being able to secure 10,000 square feet of new leases during this time is a testament to the exceptional quality of our building and the amenity-rich environment we offer at CityPlace," said Dennis Tarro, executive managing director at Patrinely Group LLC, in a statement.

Joining Caliber Solutions and Continental Land & Fur Co. this summer will be Bread Zeppelin and Sushi Rebel, which are currently under construction.
