Nearly all Spring-area ZIP codes had fewer homes sell in August than did in August 2021 with the exception of ZIP code 77066, which experienced a slight increase in homes sold. Meanwhile, the median home sales price increased across the board with ZIP code 77066 experiencing the biggest percentage jump year over year, increasing by more than 31%.
