See how the Spring, Klein real estate market fared in April

Six of the Spring and Klein area’s nine ZIP codes experienced an increase in the number of homes sold in April as compared to April 2020, while ZIP codes 77066, 77068 and 77373 experienced a decrease. The median price of homes sold increased year over year in all Spring- and Klein-area ZIP codes.
