Vintage Park live music

Jerry Rowell and Jonah Miles and will be performing live by the fountains at Vintage Park on June 7 and 8, respectively. Attendees can shop and dine at nearby businesses and restaurants that occupy the shopping plaza.Triplex home construction

Hope’s Path, a nonprofit that helps young men ages 18-28 who have aged out of the foster care system, is hosting a volunteer event for community members to help with the construction of a triplex home. The triplex home will offer Hope’s Path program members a place to live independently while receiving program services.The Texas Tenors concert


The Texas Tenors—which appeared on the television show “America’s Got Talent” in 2009—will be celebrating their 15th anniversary of singing together at a show hosted by the Cypress Creek Foundation for the Arts and Community Enrichment. The vocal trio will sing new music as well as patriotic, classical and country numbers. This event was originally scheduled for May, but was postponed due to severe weather.Pix on the Plaza

An outdoor screening of the 1996 animated film “James and the Giant Peach” will be hosted at City Place Plaza. The Peach Truck will also be on-site offering goodies to attendees while supplies last.Wild Things Zoofari

Barbara Bush Branch Library, Harris County Precinct 3's George H. W. Bush Community Center and Wild Things Zoofari are hosting a live animal showing as part of the library’s summer reading events. Attendees can learn about the habitats of exotic and local animals.
