Northland Christian School recently celebrated the grand opening of its new Cougar Center for Success with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Nov. 16.

According to a Dec. 11 news release, the new center features a ThinkLab, which provides resources and accommodations to students who think and learn differently from their peers.

"We believe that all students should have the opportunity to succeed, and we hope that this new addition to our school will help current and future students reach their fullest potential," school officials said in the release. "This facility has already been well utilized this semester and is sure to impact countless students for years to come."

Per the release, the center was a gift from board certified child neurologist Dr. Shaun S. Varghese—founder of THINK Neurology For Kids—and the Varghese family. THINK Neurology for Kids provides accessible and comprehensive pediatric neurology and genetics services at practices located in The Woodlands, Katy, Sugar Land, Lake Jackson and Lakeway.

Northland Christian School is a pre-K-12 private school that has been serving the northwest Houston community for nearly 50 years.
