Ahead of Klein ISD's graduation ceremonies for the Class of 2021, which will be held in early June, here are a few things families and friends should know before their graduate walks the stage.

All KISD graduation ceremonies will be held at Klein Memorial Stadium, which is located at 16607 Stuebner Airline Road, Spring. Each KISD graduate will receive seven tickets for family and friends to attend the ceremony, as well as two parking passes. Tickets are required for all attendees with the exception of graduates and small children who can sit on an adult's lap during the ceremony.

Gates will open at 6:30 a.m. for ceremonies scheduled for 8 a.m. and at 6:30 p.m. for ceremonies scheduled for 8 p.m. The graduation ceremony schedule is as follows:

In the event of inclement weather, graduation ceremonies will be rescheduled throughout the week of June 7-11 at 8 p.m. Additionally, as tickets are limited, each graduation ceremony will be live streamed on the KISD website for those who are unable to attend in person.

According to the KISD website, face coverings and masks will be optional at the graduation ceremonies for both graduates and guests, as COVID-19 conditions continue to improve locally.

Additionally, attendees should note that umbrellas, tents, balloons, confetti, air horns and fireworks are not permitted at the graduation ceremonies. However, small fans, bottled water, rain ponchos, flowers, cell phones and cameras are allowed.
