Klein, Spring ISDs see drops in COVID-19 case counts after winter weather shutdown

After a weeklong closure due to winter weather, Klein ISD and Spring ISD have both seen virtual resets in their active COVID-19 case counts as case reports have dropped.

Klein ISD has a total of four active cases, according to the district’s dashboard. The elementary and intermediate levels both have zero active cases after the district was closed Feb. 15-19. Active cases include only cases reported in the last 14 days.



Spring ISD has a total of 26 active cases, according to the district’s dashboard. Ten of those are staff members who are not assigned to one campus or grade.
