Correction: This article incorrectly listed Klein ISD's active COVID-19 cases. The information has been updated and will continue to be edited as information is released.

After a brief period of stabilization, Klein and Spring ISD's cases begin to fall across both campuses.

KISD has a total of 116 active COVID-19 cases, according to the district’s dashboard. This is a decrease from Jan. 21’s 150 cases. Elementary schools continue to have the highest case counts at 47.
SISD has a total of 115 active cases, according to the district’s dashboard. 34 cases come from staff who are not assigned to one grade level or campus and three come from the district's early education program. Unlike KISD, cases continue to go down after a spike in cases following winter break. Elementary school cases are the only ones that remain relatively high at 37 cases districtwide.
